Great Grandma Mckibben's Carrot Bread
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. graded carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mix wet ingredient. Mix dry ingredients separately. Add wet ingredients to dry. Add carrots last. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
