1 pound Italian sausage (hot sausage for spicy, ½ hot ½ regular for medium spicy and regular for mild)
3 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans drained
1 (15 oz.) can spicy chili beans in sauce
2 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with juice
1 (6 0z.) can tomato paste
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
4 cubs beef bouillon (optional)
1 tablespoon Worchester sauce *little extra never hurts
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
